Returns, Refund and Cancellation Policy
We do not accept returns or cancellations after the purchase is confirmed. However, depending on the situation, we may consider accepting the request on cancellation or return. All Cancellation requests must be initiated within 24 hours from the receipt of your order by filling the Cancellation request form as well as contacting our Customer Service Center. Any item that is returned in a damaged condition or those bank notes that have missing parts, i.e. bank notes which are not in its original form when handed to the customer upon the exchange, is not eligible for a refund.
