Are the exchange rates at all stores the same?
The exchange rates may differ depending on the location.
Do you charge any commission?
No, we do not charge any commission for the exchange transaction.
Can I cancel a transaction?
It is possible.
What payment methods do you accept at your stores?
We only accept cash.
Where do I get the rates without going to your stores?

What languages do your staff can speak?
We have English, Japanese, Chinese, Vietnamese, Tagalog, etc. speaking staff.
Where do you get your currency rates?
We use live, real-time rates from global Forex markets as well as our own advanced systems to develop a method to ensure that you are getting the most reasonable rate.
Do I need to show my ID?
  • All USD transactions amounting to 1000 USD (or more) requires one of the following photo IDs to be presented: Passport, Resident card, My Number card, or Japanese Driving License.
  • For all other currencies, transactions amounting to 300,000 yen (or more) requires one of the following photo IDs to be presented: Passport, Resident card, My Number card, or Japanese Driving License.
What is the limit on the amount of money that I can exchange?
There is no limit on the amount that you can exchange (depending on our stock). Please note that foreign coins are not accepted.
Can I place an order through phone or email and then pick it up at the store? Is it possible to order money in advance?
We are sorry but we do not accept any transactions done through phone or email. You will have to come to our stores to buy the currency.
Can I get discount if I exchange a big amount of money?
We do offer you better rates depending on the amount of money that you are exchanging.
Do you bring money from store to store in case there is not enough currency at the store for me to do transaction?
We only change what we have in the store, we don’t bring currencies from one store to another.
Are the rates always updated during the day?
Our rates are fixed and are only updated once a day at 10:00 AM.
Can I get a receipt?
We do hand you receipts (without the company’s stamp) after every transaction. Please discuss with us in the case where you need a receipt with the company’s stamp.
When is your day off?
We are open year round (we will update on our website or Twitter/ Facebook page in the case that we are closed)
